You may be someone who is curious or interested in learning more about how to live a healthy active lifestyle. No matter what your health or fitness goals are you can benefit from this challenge.
In just 5 days, you will experience the 5 key elements that we believe are vital in helping people get into the best shape of their lives. I will show you how to make the simple choices and actions that, over time, will help you reach your health and fitness goals. This five-day program is designed to help you jump start a Healthy Active Lifestyle. It’s our goal to help you get into the best shape of your life for the rest of your life. By participating in the challenge you’ll be practicing how to make smart choices about when and what to eat, staying hydrated, being more active and being conscious about your sleep schedule.
Some basic agreements of the challenge include:
1. Start every day with a healthy nutrition shake breakfast
2. Eat a healthy meal or snack every 2-3 hours
3. Drink 2 liters of water throughout the day
4. Exercise a minimum of 3 times during the 5 days
5. Create a healthy sleep and recovery routine
6. Participate in the private challenger group
To participate in the challenge there is a $20 plus $5 for shipping Fee.
