You’re training hard every day, sweating up a storm with cardio, and going heavy on the weights OR eating everything and doing nothing at all. Newsflash: While fitness (or lack thereof) is critical to your ultimate success, that’s just not enough for you to get the body you want. Nutrition is key, and in this 3-day program we will focus on nutrient timing, protein intake, and energy to shred body fat and build lean muscle.

To participate in the challenge there is a $20 plus $5 shipping fee.
